Art painting
I am looking for
the painting, the
painting is looking for me.
There, where the human being never quite becomes in control of the situation. Therefore, the painterly mood is also fleeting and undecided. However, a calming for our eye should occur, a kind of relief actually.
They can be mixed in a painting like in a dream. In the process, I'm looking for a painterly order, a mood image. They are inconspicuous places: Parking lots, streets, built-up areas and nature.
I would also like to see these humans together with some kind of landscape. These representations are and remain raw states. I do not want a photographic determination, not even in the portraits. These are based on quick little drawings of certain people. But I am looking for a pictorial space with it, which captures mental states and remains questioningly fragmentary.
Tables, chairs, windows, items. Simple things, fleeting in the alternation of light glow and shadow.
